Ms. St. John has represented health care facilities and practitioners and has litigated cases at the Division of Administrative Hearings. Additionally, she prepares estate planning documents and drafts and negotiates simple and complex contracts, settlements and lease agreements. Ms. St. John also represents individuals and entities in civil matters and matters before the Internal Revenue Service and the Florida Department of Revenue. \n  \nAt Florida State, she received the Book Award in International Taxation.
