Aaron Holloway is a shareholder with Ausley McMullen and handles a wide range of estate planning including wills, trusts, advance directives, pre- and post- marital agreements, business succession planning, and estate and trust administration. He also handles business transactions including asset/stock purchase/sale agreements, employment and independent contractor agreements, shareholder agreements, operating agreements, and entity choice and formation. His clients include various corporations, companies, partnerships and sole proprietorships in relation to their business transactional needs, as well as private individuals with regard to their estate planning needs and trustees, personal representatives, and beneficiaries in relation to estate and/or trust administration. Aaron is a graduate of University of Utah, received his law degree in 1998 from Florida State University and earned an LLM in Taxation from University of Miami in 2005.
