Laird Lile will report on updates from the 2011 Florida Legislative Session, Bryan Clontz will highlight estate planning and you will have the opportunity to network with other professional advisors! The Seminar will be held on Friday May 20th from 8:30-noon.

As the co-founder of Charitable Solutions and with an extensive background in financial planning and planned giving, Bryan Clontz will discuss Charitable Planning Tips including Creative Charitable Planning with Non-Cash Assets. He will also focus on the Top 10 Charitable Giving and Charitable Planning Trends including Charitable Gift Annuities and Charitable Lead Trusts.
A practicing attorney since 1984 specializing in estate and trust matters, Laird Lile will highlight the key elements from the 2011 Florida Legislature and those bills affecting our profession. Areas of interest will include Will and Trust Modification, Attorney Fees and Costs, Intestate Succession, Florida’s New Power of Attorney Act, and much more.
