STUART E. GOLDBERG is owner of the Law Offices of Stuart E. Goldberg, P.L. in Tallahassee.  Mr. Goldberg practices primarily in the areas of estate planning; taxation; wills, trusts and estates; family wealth transfers; corporate law; and business law.  Mr. Goldberg is Board Certified by The Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education as a specialist in Wills, Trusts and Estates.  Mr. Goldberg is a graduate of the University of Florida, where he obtained his B.S. degree in Accounting (1980), J.D. (1982) and LL.M. in Taxation (1983).  He has been a member of The Florida Bar (Member, Sections on: Taxation, Real Property; Probate and Trust Law) since 1983, and he is also a member of the Tallahassee and American (Member, Sections on: Taxation; Real Property; Probate and Trust Law) Bar Associations, and Tallahassee Regional Estate Planning Council.  He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, United States Tax Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
