Mr. Goldberg practices primarily in the areas of estate planning; taxation; wills, trusts and estates; family wealth transfers; corporate law; and business law. Mr. Goldberg is Board Certified by The Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education as a specialist in Wills, Trusts and Estates. Mr. Goldberg is a graduate of the University of Florida, where he obtained his B.S. degree in Accounting (1980), J.D. (1982) and LL.M. in Taxation (1983).
