Larry Houff has more than 35 years of diversified accounting, tax and business consulting experience. He serves a wide variety of businesses and owners regarding business and individual taxation, business valuation, business succession and merger and acquisition matters. He is an active, certified business valuation professional, expert witness and litigation support consultant to the legal profession with a specialty in the marital dissolution area of practice. Larry serves as the Tallahassee representative on CRI’s Forensic Accounting, Valuation, and Litigation Support Services committee.

Larry is an active writer and speaker on topics including business planning, fraud prevention, business valuation, taxation and owner succession matters. He is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA) and the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts.
